1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account and using the services provided by NexCloud Hosting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Maintain the security of your password and identification.
- Accept all responsibility for any and all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Prohibited Use (AUP)
You agree not to use NexCloud services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Hosting malware, phishing sites, or any malicious software.
- Launching DDoS attacks or port scanning scripts.
- Crypto mining or excessive CPU/Resource usage that affects other users.
- Distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
- Running Tor exit nodes or illegal pornography.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your service without refund.
4. Payments and Billing
Services are provided on a prepaid basis. You must pay all fees in advance. Failure to pay will result in service suspension and eventual deletion of data after 7 days of non-payment.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is separate from these terms. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for details on eligibility and procedures.
6. Limitation of Liability
NexCloud Hosting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or service interruptions.
7. Data Backups
While we perform regular system backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data. We are not responsible for any data loss caused by hardware failure, user error, or hacking.
