1. 24-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
At NexCloud Hosting, we offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on all our new hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services for any technical reason that our team cannot resolve, you are eligible for a full refund within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the initial transaction.
- You must have a valid reason (e.g., technical issues, downtime, features not working as advertised).
- This must be your first order with NexCloud. Recurring payments or renewals are generally non-refundable.
- You have not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., using the server for illegal activities, DDoS attacks).
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following services and products are strictly non-refundable:
- Domain Name Registrations or Transfers.
- Dedicated IP Addresses.
- Software Licenses (e.g., cPanel, Windows License).
- Administrative fees or Setup fees.
- Services that have been suspended or terminated due to policy violations.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Discord
- Open a Support Ticket under the "Billing" department.
- Provide your Invoice ID and the reason for the refund request.
Our billing team will review your request within 12-24 hours. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider (PayPal, Bank, etc.) without contacting us first will result in the immediate suspension of all your services and your account may be permanently banned. We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues amicably.
